Is there some place to get both good screen shots and an explanation of seeing both the bait and how the fish are reacting to it.

Not sure, but there are a lot of videos here about
using Humminbird units:

There are allot of tutorials and videos on youtube. Some by Humminbird and some by others. Just do a search under Humminbird Switchfire or your unit ID
