Title: What 997csi data can the 385ci make use of
Post by: benamen on December 27, 2012, 12:15:26 AM
I have mapped out quite an area on a particular lake in the last couple years. Now I would like to transfer the waypoints and depth data from the 997csi to use in the 385ci to use while ice fishing. Which files would be needed to be transferred to a sd card to accomplish this?
Thanks,
Ben

I would think if the unit's are compatible, and you
have a card slot on the 385ci, then just put in your
SD card from the 997, and the NAV data should
load into your 385ci.

This will transfer all the waypoints, routes and tracks that you have in your 997c Si unit.  Just make sure that you do not have more waypoints, routes and tracks than your 385ci unit can handle as it does not have the same memory capacity that the 997 unit does.
