Title: 998c si settings
Post by: Gator on December 17, 2012, 06:43:43 AM: I new to this whole si thing.... If I'm trolling along at 1.5 mph what would be a good starting place to have all my settings at?. Thanks in advance.

sensitivity 11 is a starting point. I like auto, but they took that away with an update. (im not updating till Im forced to)

if looking for structure, set range to 100-125.

if looking for fish, 50-90..depending on the depth..

DI is a function of your settings for SI.. although DI takes more sens than SI..typically
