Title: Marix Boot Screen

I have a 788ci which is showing a "Matrix Boot" diagnostic type screen and I cannot get it off and back to original screen  Happened after hitting a couple of waves and jolting.  Any ideas what to do with this?  Info would be much appreciated.

I think that you will have to send it back to Humminbird to take a look at.

Hi,
I have the same trouble after changing a version to my HB.
Once installed loading was appearing and hb rebooted and so on.
I pulled the view button during powering on and this menu appear.
After trying dowload to ram it said failure and that was over: the only thing that happens now when powering on is the matrix boot menu...

I sent my HB for repair.
I hope to have it soon
