Title: Brand new 1155cx stuck in "LOADING"

Brand new 1155cx I had been out today for about an hour went to change screens with the preset preset the button and the screen flashed 7 or 8 times then displayed "Loading" and has not changed.

Had to unplug the unit and restart it again stuck in "Loading".

You've got more fish finders than Carter has little liver pills :)
Obviously your battery and power connections are in good shape?

Since it's brand new, I'd take it back where I bought it.

ITGeek, well someone has to keep the economy up!:-)

Yep battery connectors are good.

Removed power and repowered stuck in "loading" loop.

Called HB CS "Ship it to HB repair 3 to 5 day turn around ".

I will be running  around  the Atlantic  Ocean  all weekend  lost without  my toy!

Hey Roddy, take any memory or mapping cards out of the unit and delete any Nav Data in the unit, if there is any, and try it again.  Otherwise ship the unit in.  I’ve got a call in to a few folks here about this and will post back later today if they have any other suggestions.

What software version are you running in this unit?

Greg, All cards were removed from unit and same thing "stuck in loading  loop".

FEDX picked it up 1135EST today shipping  to y'all.
