Received my new 1155c today after been on back order and the long weekend. The only thing wrong when I checked the SN# and model There was a "X" after it. Well I said to myself this has to be a international model call HB.
Called HB customer service After 19 mim on hold was connected with a very nice young lady by the name of Tracy Davis-Young.
Ms.Davis-Young was most professional and courteous. Answered my questions and research Humminbird files promptly.
A pleasure to do business with a PRO! :)

Hi Roddy,
Lucky you! (...It is nice having the option to select a variety of display-units.)
With your new International model, can you select US timezones for the display, and/or does it prevent you from logging and displaying GPS data? ...when it realize from the GPS positions that it is in the US? (Or, is it just the other way around: That US models cannot be configured for other timezones.)

Thanks for the post Roddy. I will let Tracey’s Supervisor know what a great job she did.
Tore, Roddy should be able to select any time zone and use the (apparently) international version unit within the United States without any problems. The domestic (U.S.) version units are limited to not having metric measurements and only having U.S. time zones.
