Title: Google Earth Waypoint to Unit

I have about giving up trying to transfer waypoints to my 798 si from Google Earth. Anyone here done it?

Yes I have.  I did this a little while back with an older version of Google Earth and GPS Babel.  It may still work the same though.  Send me a direct email asking for directions on how to do this and I will email it back as the file is too large to attach  :(

Please let me know if it still works or not Ricky.  I'll be too busy for the next few weeks or so to try it with updated versions of Google Earth or GPS Babel.

Well I finally got it. I had one wpt that I wanted on my unit. I ended up with more. I selected "My Places" like the instructions said (although the only wpt that I wanted was the only one checked) what you need to do is select only what you want to convert. I also have Win 7 instead of XP then got the latest GPSBabel with Google Earth 6.1.0.5001.
