Title: Is this the right Transducer for my unit?

Hello there...
I'm new here and very new to the fishfinder world. I purchased a 798ci HD SI combo unit last week and installed it this past weekend. I made sure the transducer was installed correctly according to directions and measurements. THe pictures below are what I am getting from the unit. I get a blank black screen on the Side Imaging's left side. I've done research online and noticed that other people with the same unit have different looking transducers. Do i somehow have the wrong transducer? I also looked on the Humminbird's Website and saw that my model is listed under another transducer's compatibility list. Did the wrong transducer come in my package? THis is the transducer I have:

I dont think it is. it should be ( XNT 9 SI 180 T ) This the one that came width my 798ci si combo.[attachimg=1]

Papa is correct.
Call Humminbird and get them to send you the correct transducer:

Thanks for your replies. I contacted Humminbird and was send the correct transducer. Will try to get it installed today or tomorrow. I cannot wait to (learn to) use this unit. I could use some tips and tricks if any :)
