Title: Canonlink and Digi-Troll 10 TS

Are these compatible? I just removed my 4 Mag20 Dt's and replaced them with 4 new Digi-Troll 10 TS and now I get Check connections and Terminator on the screen of my 997

According to the Cannon web site:
Under the CannonLink description:
"Enables select Humminbird fish finders to control the operation of up to 6 Cannon Mag 20, DigiTroll 5, or DigiTroll 10 downriggers."

Under the Digi-Troll 10TS description:
"Ability to control up to six downriggers at once from your Humminbird fishfinder with the CannonLink Accessory."

So I would say "Yes".

You might need tonhave the latest code in stalled or if this is what you have you might have ot go back one level..

It depends on what you have..

See the thread on the 1198 and cannonlink. Downloading the newest software appears to solved my problem.  Brian
