Title: 5.7 update for 898

I have a brand new 898. The first time powering it up, I updated to the 6.180 (not sure of the last 2 numbers). I then started adjusting the settings and noticed the the only colors i can change to are blue and gray. Amber1, Amber2, Brown, Green/Red are all close to black colored. It was reccommended that i could back up to the 5.7 update to see if the color selection returns.
Would anyone have a link to this update or any other reccommendations?

Ronnie, you can go to the downloads section on this forum and go to back level code..
Look at the top of the main page. select downloads, select your model, then download you selection.
Remember to only have one down load on the sd Card..

Make sure to restore factory defaults prior to chaning code and again after the code has loaded..

I would not put any waypoints on the card until the code has loaded successfully.

 Will the 5.7 update for the 898c si work for the 858c combo I noticed my 858 has 4.7 on it just curious because I don't see the 858 listed in the downloads section. Thanks in advance Sorry not trying to derail your thread.

Didn't work. Still just see blue, black, and gray. I guess I have to get in touch with HB to see how to proceed.

Gattlin.  no the 898 will not work on the 858.

Let me see if I can get an update for the 858 and send it to you..

Update from moderator: 858 now has a section in the downloads.  You can down load from there.

Ron, we should have had the 858 in the downloads.
