Title: 798c SI and 788i HD DI

I bought the 3 cables the Humminbird site says I need to link these 2 units together.
My 798 has a 4 pin input while the 788 has the 5 pin like the cables have. Any idea
on the right cable I need for the 798? I only see one part number listed for the 700
series.

Do you have the 798ci SI or the 798ci SI HD? the HD will have ethernet.
..5pin ethernet 4pin interlink

I have the non HD 798 with 4 pins.

You might have to try the interlink setup if possible.

LocDown is correct:
Since the 798 unit you have is a non-HD version it does not have the Ethernet connection and so your only choice would be to these two units with the InterLink accessory.
