Any way to download my waypoints to a mac, or even better yet, google earth?

I know I have seen detailed instructions on using Humminbird PC to get your waypoints on Google earth.I never did it myself but I've seen it a few times on this forum just do a search of the topic you will find it.

You can also load the waypoint data onto your Mac as it is just another electronic file, but being able to do anything with that information is another story. There is no Mac version of the HumminbirdPC software, so you would have to either use an emulator (I may not be using the correct term here) or some other program that will allow you to convert the DATA.HWR file that you download into something that you could import into Google Earth. I do not know if GPS Babel is Mac capable or not but you should look into it.

I think he is asking about MAC compatibly...Hopefully someone on this forum has MAC experience and can help him,..
It might be nice to know just howmuch of all of this can be done on a mac and in what format or conversion...
I know nothing about a MAC...

Guys, thanks. I did a search for "mac" and it doesn't appear that anything can be done. I do have a PC also that I keep for these kinds of things, just don't use it much and would love to get something workable on the computer I use 99.9% of the time.
I'll save the waypoints to an SD card as mentioned, can't hurt as a backup in case of issues.

UWS.....maybe as the things like tablets and Ipods and such will have application developed to meet our needs in fishing and sonar..
Far easier to carry around than a computer. Well I guess they are sort of a computer..
Thanks for your checking and getting back to us..
