Went to sign in to HB CS to get new updates would not recognize Me or my email add. for new password.Also my shortcut
is gone off my PC. Will need to call them HB CS tomorrow. Gary

I was able to request (and receive) a new password, but after logging in, get "Application Errors" trying to reach my profile to change it to something I'll remember.

I re-registered, had to enter all the information again, including serial #'s of my units but it worked. Might want to give that a try . Good Luck

I'm having the same problems i called Humminbird they told me to try back tomorrow because they were still working on the system.Something tells me we are gonna have to do as Ibloch did and start from scratch.

Muddy. I believe the codes are vended out. Also there is some of the unit code that is written by HB. Not sure what it is that HB writes.
Also, most companies vend out website developement and support to companies who offer that service..So Hb is not alone if they do hire someone else to write the web.
I am sure the site will get fixed and we will be back with business as usual.
If you really had to re-register is it that big of a deal?
Take a fishing trip and relax. Come back and try to register again..

They are still working on this (I am having problems too).
Be sure and follow the directions under where is says:
“Our customer portal has recently been upgraded.”
I believe that this is just a part of the changes coming for the whole Humminbird web site so hopefully they will get this straightened out soon.

I am able to log in to my HB account. I like the new screen for my units. Also like my HB waypoints management system.
