Hello,

i plan to buy next year a new humminbird 998c or 1198c.  :P

What is the different between both modell?
 
What kind of modell make the better "down imaging" picture?

Have the 1198c a tft monitor or a led monitor?

primarily the difference is the:
1) screen size
2) cost

The 1198 has LED backlighting with a wider range of brightness adjustment, the 998 does not.
