Update:
I just realized that this is only for customers that have 1100, 900, or 800 series units.

It would be nice if it were for all HB worldwide and not just the states, apparently Canada don't count and I did call customer service about it too, their response was tough nuts.

Maybe one reason is that it would cost more to ship outside
the USA.

More likely it has to do with the rules and regs for each country. I remember asking about some other program that we had in the past and why it was not available world wide and this was the reasoning for it. Example: some rebates are not available in other countries but are in the U.S.

Why cant we international HB owners atleast receive emails regards updates and HB newsletters. I have applied several times on the website and there has been nothing forthcoming not even an explaination why they cant send them.
The new 898 update , by the way, is GREAT! Thanks!!! and appreciate your time on this forum along with all the other guys.
