Title: Waiting for Test Command !

My friend has a 998 and it comes up with the above message after a while, Reset the defaults still does it  Any clues ?

Have him call the Humminbird Customer Resource folks at 1-800-633-1468 and set it up to get his unit in to be looked at by the Techs.
