Title: GPS tracking issue
Post by: awkw on July 03, 2011, 11:03:55 AM
While in navigating view the tracking value flips back and forth between the current bearing and zero all the time. I believe the GPS is still fixed because the cordnance numbers change while the tracking shows zero. This make going to waypoints difficult

How fast are you moving when this happens?
This can happen at very low speeds as the unit cannot reliably determine your course.

awkw......what unit do you have??????.
HB gps has some known issues with slow speed tracking.
Depending on your unit you could have antenna placement or hiding issues also...
