Title: recording width
Post by: T.G on June 09, 2011, 09:22:56 PM
hi ,i have just started doing some recordings on my unit & was wondering what would be the best range width to record si in? Am i correct in thinking that you can change the range in the replay of the recorded footage by decreasing it but not increasing it,what i mean is that if you recorded 20 either side in si mode ,you can decrease that in the replay but not go beyond it?So would it be better to record at the maximum width therefore you would be able to bring the range width in as much as you would like?If anyone understands what i am `trying to get at`lol any feedback would be appreciated.
thanks T.G

Increasing is no problem. Btw, YellowFin and DeepView are giving you the best pictures i think.

While recording I set my width 2-3 times my depth. Gary
