N20; Looks like lots of bait to me. Net a few for live bait ! Enjoy Roddy

They could be Carp.
Is that a big Corn ball igloo in the middle.
If so, I know they're Carp. :)
In reality, they're ain't no tellin what they are.
You could either catch a few to verify or scuba dive and have a look see.

I agree with Roddy. Bait Ball....to the right of the big object..
The object appears to be small brush.....or possibly something made of wood......

n2olowe,
try to get another run on that object, but keep your course off for 10 to 15 feet to one side or the other. Then you'll have a better view on the object. To me it also looks like a wooden boat laying upside down on the ground. Make a recording and review it with Hummviewer for identification.
Nice shot by the way!

What is Hummviewer? I will have to get some pics next time I am in the area.

Humviewer is a pc program used to view the recorded HB sonar runs.
It is available for download on this forum under the download tab.
If you make recordings, then an external viewer such as Humviewer makes the review of the files much easier.
Check around the fourm by searching "humviewer" for a lot of helps and hints..

Here's the download site from Martin:
http://humviewer.cm-johansen.dk/ (http://humviewer.cm-johansen.dk/)
Download and install Hummviewer. Then read the excellent instruction how to set up Hummviewer written by George:
