Title: Should I install update ? 5.410 ?

I am a very new ( used on time ) 998c SI owner , my first Humminbird product and first SI product. I have noticed that there seem to be alot of bugs mentioned with this update. I have the update loaded on an SD card , but am kind of scared to use it..any input ?
