Installed 5.32 update. Everything seems to work except down imaging. All it will do is flash. Has anyone else who has installed the update had this issue?

I would reinstall the previous software and see if its fixed, then do the new update again.
Make sure you power on the unit (before you insert the sd card), restore the defaults, then insert the sd card with the update on it and follow the steps. When it powers down and comes back on, restore the defaults again.

Robert, I had already tried that, and the problem continues. I have discovered that the problem only occurs if the sensitivity setting is set on AUTO. If I put the sensitivity setting for the down and side scan on anything other than AUTO, the unit will work just fine.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Also reported to Humminbird suport that responded did not identify this defect.
I am awaiting a solution.... :( :(
After upgrading my 1197cx SI (manufactured in 2010/09/10) to the new 5.320 version of the screen freezes down imaging.
Defect occurs in MODE SIMULATOR
Down Sensitivity AUTO
Screen 100% Down Imaging
I checked the error only occurs with Down Sensitivity AUTOMATIC.
Returned to previous version (4.950) and it works perfectly Down Imaging.

No, not sure what else to do. Try calling HB and see what they have to say.

I would use manual settings for now.

Like MonteSS suggested: use manual settings for now until the Engineers can figure out what is going on and come out with a fix for this through another software release.
