Title: Need V5.32 for 997CX

I was hoping to dowmload the latest update for my 997 CX unit. But cannot see the latest version on the list to downloaad. I tried to register with Humminbird but the sign-up page does not recognise the serial number of my unit.

Any help appreciated.

Call HB customer.  That seems to a recouring issue...

Unfortunately we have been having a lot of problems with that section of the web site.  This is being looked into but it will be a long term fix or replacement and will not help you now.  Contact the Humminbird Customer Resource folks about this.

Short term though you should be able to load the 997 software from this web site.

why would this be a long term fix.  If the guys cant regisater their units it would seem that the fix should be a priority.
If my registration had not worked I would have been a bit miffed..

The newest version on this web site is 4.95.

It’s a long term fix because we do not directly control that part of the web site (though I wish we did).
