Title: triplog problem

The triplog on my 998cSI does not work correct.
I place 2 screenshots made on the same day.
I tried to re-install the software but when I insert the SD card I get the message that I don't need to update
Anyone a solution?

it sounds like you still have a old update file on your card. delete it. that should fix the update  warning.

There is only one update on the card, this is the same version as installed on the 998, the 998 finds no changes so it won't re-install te software.... ::)

you need to install a older version first,before you can reinstall the newest version, but i would see what Greg at bird says. he may  comment here later.

The proceedure would be to delete the current update off the card and put the previous update on it.  Follow the directions for updating your unit just as normal.  It is going to tell you that the update is older, and ask if you want to install it.  Once you have installed the old update, check out you triplog and see if you have the same issue.  If not, then go ahead and reinstall the new update.

Please follow the steps on how to update your unit and watch the video.

Purchased the 998 januari 2011 and I do not have the older update. Can't find it on the site humminbird.com...

Man, if there was only one, just one site out there that kept all the old updates for Humminbird users this would be so easy...........  ::)
