Not sure what you are refering to?  Geofence?  Do you mean Georeference?

Are you guys having an issue with Navigation going out?

Did the upgrade to the new version and now it cannot get a position fix.it drops most of the satellite's in the first couple of minutes and those it keeps stay stuck on the north position. Even the originals are in the same spot.

fixed it. I tried it on a mates and it worked. Then bought a new receiver and hey presto.

just happened the same day as i did the upgrade.

are the transcievers easily damaged? did hit a few big bumps on the way there.

Or is it a potential power surge when i was charging my boat?

The GPS puck is fairly substantial. Unless it got hit by a hammer. ::)...
.Or could the wires have gotten pinched?

did hit a fairly substantial bump that threw the whole boat around on the way.

not sure if it is pinched wires yet. Got to pull the decks up tonight and try and refit the new reciever.

Interestingly it was marking as connected but as mentioned above just dropped satellites.

Will reply with my findings when i get the decks up.

Rev.

Kinda of sounds like a cable pinch...Let us know how the deck removal goes.
I know that has to be a pain in the .............

appears i didnt end up getting the reply done. looked for a cable pinch - couldnt find one at all. might have been a dodgy receiver, not sure - but the replacement is working fine.
