Title: New pedestal mount

I am partialy blind and cant see the HB 898Ci too well mounted on the floor of the front of the boat.

I designed this aluminum pedestal that raises the unit 18". It removes easily with a thumbscrew and swivels  too. I have a good friend back in Jersey with a welding business and he was kind enough to make it for me.

Not fully mounted yet, but you get the idea.

Nice work.   And sounds like the price was right..... ;D
The great part of owning a Humminbird is that with a little creativity it will fit anywhere.
