is the only difference for the 800 series this year the ethernet feature, or is the di being included with the si also new?

They are all in the 2010 model 898cx SI.
 DI, SI and Ethernet connection

Correct; there are no changes between the 800 series units we built during the 2010 model year and what we are building for the 2011 model year except for any new software updates (which can be loaded for free).
