Is there a way to hide the track on GPS view ?

Unfortunately no there is not a way to hide or not make a track.  This has been a long standing suggested change that has not been added.

That would be a nice New Year's resolution for Humminbird to put that in their next software upate.

Hi Greg,

Could you go next door, or wherever you hide your software developers, and see if this feature is on the drawing board and a possible birthday. Though I love my H'birds, not having this feature makes me miss my old Lowrance :'(

Well, they are not exactly next door… also I cannot post on any new features (software or hardware) – even if I knew what they are.  I’m just a little fish here and usually find out about these things right before they are announced.
