Title: SI Pin-out Diagram - Where is it?

I remember seeing a SI pin-out diagram, but when I did a search, only found a non-english version.    This showed the 5-pin connector and what color wire went to L-SI, R-SI, 2D, Temp, and Grd.   I might have it on my old HD, but thought it was posted here.
