I saw this brochure on the internet when purchasing my unit. I was told there was no such unit. I told them I saw the brochure but they still could not locate it.
From what I gathered there was virtually no difference between the fishing version and the SAR unit except for the writing on the memory card door. I told them to go ahead and get the fishing version if they couldn't find it. Would of rather had the SAR version.

The units are identical except for the Search and Rescue SD card door cover. The SAR unit also comes with a SAR training DVR. Its not anything eleborate, but good basic info.
I believe if you are purchasing for a SAR or ganization there are a few specific dealers who offer discounts on the units. I am not sure who they are or how substantial the discount. I dont think its really anymore than what you find on the internet.
A lot of organizations had a problem spending money on "Fishing" system, so HB came out with the SAR unit.
