I was wondering if anyone can direct me to the right direction on recording my "recorded" info to my S D Card. I went out on the water recently and record but when I got home and tried to transfer to my Hummviewer, the only thing there was a few snap shots I took. Now, it dopes show the recording page as a still shot.
Can someone help me please....thnx..

Recording goes directly to the SD card just like the snapshots do.

Make sure you have enabled recording. this is on your menu screen selections.
Did you say you started a recording. this is the first step.
To complete the recording you must also stop recording.
If you shut down or take out the card withhout stopping the recording you will not have any recording on the card.
also what size card and how long did you record.?

Yes...I went through the process on the menu and found start and stop record and did 4 different time...meaning I recorded 4 different places on the lake I was on.
My card is a 2 G B that I attemped the recording to..
I have a 4 G B. It also showed me how much I have recorded aand what was left on the card.
I removed the card from my unit and then placed in my laptop. It recorded the snapshots I took and a pic of the recording page as well as a snapshot. I thought also that once I plugged my S D card in my laptop, it would download to my Hummviewer.
I am basically wanting to know if this recorded to my card and then how do I transfer to the Hummviewer.
Thanks for the help guys

For some reason, I still cannot get the recording to work on my Hummviewer. I know there is something I am not doing right. I think I have located the files but can't seem to get them on the Hummviewer.
Thanks

A lot has to do with the way the recording is put on the computer.

calli, try this:
Open the HumViewer software
Insert your SD card in the reader
At the top left of the HumViewer screen, click on "file"
Select "OPEN"
When the next panel appears, select "computer" and then the drive that has the SD card inserted into.
If you have snapshots and recording on the card, select "RECORD"
You will see one or more files with a R000(some number).DAT
Click on a file name to highlight it, and select "open" at the bottom of the panel.
The software will start loading the file and when that stops, click on the "play" box on the top right of the HumViewer panel. You can select what view to see the recording and change the color, brightness, contrast.
The speed of the playback can be adjusted by changing the number beside the "play" box.
You do not have to transfer the files from the SD card for HumViewer to read them.
