Well am I the first one to screw this up? I downloaded the new HB PC update every thing went good except I don't have any waypoints ,routes or tracks when I open HB PC What happened to them????????????. Gary :'(

Hi,
When you updated Humminbird PC to the new level all the links the the .gpx files will automatically be lost. If you had these files saved on your computer you can "reconnect" to them by doing a File/Open sequence pointing to the saved directory. Otherwise you will have to reload the data off of your HB head.
Does this make sense?
Take care,
Roger

I did not have them saved and I deleted them off my card and HB head before i downloaded
the new HB PC update.Well looks like I learned another lesson. Thanks Roger. Gary

The new HBPC seems to work much better with more current versions of GE. I had saved my waypoints on my pc before upgrading. I couldn't always see my waypoint icons in GE, but after reading the help files, found that expanding the timeline would bring them into view.

Hi Gary,
try looking at your "My Documents" Folder on your PC; the .gpx files might have been saved there (something like "My_HumminbirdPC").
Just a thought,
Roger

Hi Roger ( Raricker)
Please can you spell out how you can 'reconnect' the links to the .gpx files. It may help me link up my screenshots to the waypoints ( see my discussion elsewhere) Cheers Pugwash

Pugwash,
Humminbird PC will automatically store the file location of the GPX files when you open them. When you start Humminbird PC again, the files will automatically open.
This has nothing to do though with reconnecting your snapshots.
