Hey There
I had a few issues with my new 898Csi out of the box. I sent it in after a few recommendations on here and I have to say that the service center that I sent it to in Winnipeg MB was fantastic! They emailed me every few days with updates on the unit. I had it back in exactly 9 days after I sent it in. It now works flawlessly! Great Job HB!

That is great to know, I have been worrying about that myself!
I have been getting great support from accross the border but I haven't had to send anything in!
