Title: odd tracks saved
Post by: scoeri on May 14, 2010, 01:23:25 PM
after a day on the water, when i get home i download the nav data to view my tracks with HB PC. i can't figure out where these straight line tracks are coming from or how to get rid of them. i've deleted all my tracks & routes several times. 1197 with navionics hotmaps platinum north.
thanks for any input,

Are they course projection lines that were made when you did a "GO TO" a waypoint?

Have you tried to delete these at the unit or only on the SD card?  They have to be deleted in the unit to get rid of them.

What version of software are you running?
When you stopped at the end of the day did you clear the Current Track and power the unit off or just shut it off or maybe even just unplugged the unit or cut the circuit breaker to the unit?
