Title: No Hope for 997 Video ??

I guess since the 998 has video out, we 997 owners can give up on getting some type of add on module etc?

That would be cool, but its really not possible.

First, the ability to do video is not even in the board design.  Secondly, even if it was, the unit would have to be sent back to the factory to do the add on.  The back panel would probaly have to be redesigned, etc, etc, etc.  and a new connector installed.

It just wasn't designed to handle it!
