Title: Reuse puck?

I have a lowrance 1220 flasher in the boat that has a puck transducer epoxied in already.  Can this transducer be "re-wired" to work with my 997?

I don’t know if that particular one can be but I have heard from someone else who ‘adapted’ a Lowrance 2D transducer to work with his Humminbird unit.  This is just for the 2D sonar now and not the Si sonar.
