Title: unreadable record after shutdown

hello
i use an helix 10x chirp megasi + gps g4n
i was performing a record when the sonar shutdown suddenly
a record exists on the sd card but the file .dat is empty.
the files B001, 2, 3, 4 are not empty
i can replay the data on the sonar
is there a way to restore the record ?

I’m fairly certain that a recording has to have a proper “Stop Recording” command to create a recording that can be effectively used (in the head unit or 3rd party software)  ...

You might post this same question in the “other 3rd party software” sub forum. 

Some of the guys that watch that forum are wizards in Humminbird software and other information pertaining to recording data  ...
