Title: Waterproof grommet
Post by: TimTDP on February 19, 2022, 09:18:45 AM
I need to drill a hole to feed a cable to my console. The cable has connections on both ends. I am looking for a waterproof grommet to seal the hole. Or any other method.
Thanks in advance

Most run the cable up and thru the splashwell drain hole  ... and then back under the rear deck to the console  ...

Is this not an option with your application ..??

Thanks you, but unfortunately not.
I need to run an ethernet cable from my bow-mounted trolling motor. So the cable has to enter the anchor locker.

If no grommet fits , marine silicone or sealer can do a good job . some are removable when needed .
