Title: ONIX Update gone wrong

Just tried updating ONIX per HB instructions. It restarted, flashed Humminbird 2-3 times then went to a black non-responsive screen. After waiting 15 minutes, I can unplug power then reconnect and it will do same thing. Any ideas other than sending it back to Humminbird to repair? Their quote to repair $950.00.

Try inserting the SD Card (with the update on it) before powering on the unit  ...

It went through update, but when it restarted nothing but Humminbird logo for a brief time, then a black screen. The backlight on the buttons remains on, but non-functioning. I have to remove power cord to shut it off. I think it just needs re-flashing. But not at $900+!!
