The AS GRHA is faster and improves the accuracy of the plotted points compared to the AS GR16 and 50.  I have one and would not give it up.  The 50 is better then the 16 and the HA is better then both.

AS GRHA receivers are hard to find and will not last long.  Also, in a number of adds for AS GRHA receivers that were supposed to be in stock, when I tried to purchase one they came up "out of stock".  If it is available buy it or let us know were to get it.

Thanks for the contact info krappie1.  I got in touch with the Nephew and he is going to pass on the GRHA.  Maybe you could post the info for the place you found these at here for someone else.

By the way, his house is high and dry right now but he has to use 4WD to get up and down his driveway.  We are all waiting for this rain to stop and things start drying up!

Is the GRHA that much better than the GR50? How much closer would it put me to my spots?  I located one but wanted to know if the results would warrent the added expense.  I am a pleasure fisherman that only gets out 1 or 2 times a month.

The GRHA is not that much more accurate than the GR50.  I think thats one reason why humminbird discontinued it.
