Title: Can I extend my factory warranty on my 1199?

Just wondering if a factory warranty can be extended.

I am registered as Humminbird select and all my units are also registered.

There is no extending the factory warranty beyond that.

Does that mean I have a 2 year warranty from the date I registered the unit?

If it doesn't fail in that period there's a good chance it will run long & hard.
My 1st HB was a 787c2 and my best friend owns it.
She turns 8 years old in April and has never been in for service, and is STILL on the repairable list this season!
Mr. Walters helped me make the choice to eliminate the "L" brand from my personal usage....
