Just got my new 898c SI hooked up. Only the left arrow key is working. Anybody ever have this problem? thx

Only one side works at a time will work. Hit menu key once should get an option right, left or both sides. Gary

When I do that it says Active Side Left but I can't change it to right or both because the other arrow keys are not working. Thanks for you quick response!

Still no fix. I'm guessing the key arrow pad is bad.

Sorry I am late to respond here but have been busy at work.
It does sound like the keypad is bad.  Call Humminbird and set up getting your unit back in to be looked at and fixed. 1-800-633-1468

The 898's have had some key issues. So they should fix this for free. Usually their turn around time is good.
