Title: Added Language Translator

At the request of Jolly Roger, I added a Babelfish Translator for our International friends.  It is at the very bottom of the page.  Check it out and see how it works.  You will still have to write your post in English, but will help on translating the forum to different languages.

Supports - Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Russian, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Portugese, Japanese, and Korean

Let me know how it works.

Holy smoke!!
I just tried it in german and was lauging my backyard off!!
I mean this thing is translating letter by letter and comes up with funny things like "Jolly Roger" ----> "funny Roger".

But anyway, I think it's a good tool and will help.
