Mac Address Conflict

Anybody ever  hear of this?? I have 2 1197 hooked up with either net cable??? Need help???????

What is the exact problem?  Do you have an error code or indicator..
What is the code level installed on your units..?

I had the same problem earlier, so I installed the lastest update and this message comes right across the screen??

Did you disconnect the InterLink?
Both units are running the latest software, correct?
Try resetting to the factory defaults on both units while they are disconnected from each other and try them again.
