Finally!
I've been using Google Earth to go back to low water years and mark way-points. BUT! Old from years ago wouldn't show up because of the date property unless I had all years spread out in history. No way was I going to edit dates on each one. Tonight I ran in to some open source way-point software. If you have many devices and brands of locators/GPS's this is THE tool to have! (still need Humminbird PC) Imports .kml or exports .kml to .gpx!! One click to clean out date property!

One click to clean out date property!
Just make sure the Waypoint Date Field in HBPC is not blank, or HBPC will give a date data error during file open. Then the GPX file is corrupt to HBPC. One such Waypoint will do this.
This is a BAD, VERY BAD HumminbirdPC 4.3.8 long ago reported bug. <------GREG read this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One quick fix is to perform a HBPC upload to a SD-card, then just download back into HBPC.
