missing dat

My first post
Hello my name is Pat just got a 598 ci hd si fish finder and made a recording but I apparently didnt stop it before powering it off and was wondering if there is any way to save it?
 It has the idx and son files but no dat file. oops
 Well what do you think.
 6.640 version
Found out today humviewer working good
Any help is appreciated.

That worked. But I had to put the dat file onto the card and then put that into a folder and then it opened up.
