Title: Hi from Down Under

G`day All,
Just found this site yesterday & already has given me much info into what more I can do with my 797.
I live in a small city called Newcastle, NSW Australia.
I have a 15' Ocean Kayak with my sounder mounted to it. I use it for fishing in fresh & saltwater places & often find myself playing more with the sounder, rather than fishing or paddling.
Fantastic site here! Well done to the Admin, Mods & of course Members who share the knowledge.

You're going out with that canoe on the ocean?? Wow! My deepest respect!!

Since I tried to paddle a kayak once, I really enjoyed my boat twice as much as before  ;D.

Looking forward to hear more from downunder  ;)

great set up. I fish a lot from our kayak but it is not as nice as yours.  Very well thought out design.  Chuck
