It seems that my transducer stopped working correctly cause I only get a black and white screen without any images. I get water temps. and the dept. flashes on the screen but no images. Without the transducer plugged into the unit it goes into demo mode and the unit demos fine but when the transducer is plugged in it doesnt work correct. I updated the software after the unit wasn't correct but that also didn't help. Any info. would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Seems it has stopped.
Since you get temp that part is good.
Depth flashing is not good as in not working.
Can you swap your display to another boat and try it with their transducer..?
check your cables and connectors.
Look for crimped wires..
Check your battery supply for a good charged 12 volts..

Thanks for the response. I have 12.3 votls and I also tried another transducer with the same results. Works fine in demo mode without transducer but with transducer attached it's not showing any images.

Sounds like time for a call to HB customer support. And maybe a return..
