Title: Not able to transfer GPS, Trails

I have the latest PC SOFTWARE 4.3.8 , when I put the SD card in the PC and try an back everything up to the PC, the process stays at 98 percent. Need a little help please.

Steve,
Is this is when you are loading the data from the SD card or when you are trying to load it back onto the SD card?

Any chance that you could e-mail me the DATA.HWR file from the MATRIX folder on the SD card Steve?
I would like to try it on my work PC and one of the units I have here.
Which Humminbird unit is this from and what software version is it running?

Got it Steve.
So far: it won’t open in HumminbirdPC nor on a 998 unit with 7.090 software.  I’ve also tried using an online converter web page but so far nothing is working on it.  I have a few folks here that have additional software that may be able to help though so keep your fingers crossed.

Do you still have this data on the unit it came from?

Steve,
A few others have tried using GPS Babel and GPS Visualizer but all have failed as well.  Any chance that you could try fully formatting the memory card (or use a different memory card) and export the Nav Data again?
