LakeMaster Pro Chip

 Just got a new HB 1198 and Lakemaster Pro chip. My 1198 doe's not recognize it. It does my Platinum Navionics Chip but not my Lakemaster.   Any advise  Gary

Gary do you get any messages on the window or does it just do nothing.
I seem to recall some postings on this or generally something like it on this forum.  you could try searching on the lakemaster in the seaerch box until someone does make a better reply.

Chuck I have turned it off on several times wiggle the card a little but it doe's nothing
chart menu don't see it either

Called vendor this morning he done some number checking found he had sent
a Lowrance chip.Instead of HB chip.  Problem solved.   Gary :) :) :)

Great......you are the man.  Sorry we missed in chat...
I should have asked instead of going to chat if you had tried to read the card on your computer. This should show ther card as lowrance.
Give it a try before you mail back and le us know what the computer is saying about the file type or name(s)/

Glad you will soon be in business......

The file type of AT5 is the lowrance type for navionics.
But when you order it is kind of difficult to find that.
The order numbers only show the name...
Glad you were able to get right to the bottom of this.  (no pun intended)
