Hi, I recently purchased a Solex 12.The unit works fine, but,when I listened to their recorded message, it said at one point, the Solex series has it all.I took it to mean just that.Ordered it, and Was sent the wrong transducer,I had to buy another one.They apologized, cool,all I needed was the side imaging, but ordered the down and side imaging, so I thought.Now I have 4500.00 into this, and Humminbird won"t let me give this unit back and get the correct one.I don"t need to see what is under me,I am already fishing that, and already had a Furuno charter plotter for that.I am 69 years old and on a fixed income, fishing is my passion.This isn"t fair, hope someone can help me thanks.

Was the unit bought from Humminbird ... or some dealer ...??
It's not like Humminbird to have the wrong xducer in a brand new unit box ...
